The Reiki workshop is an immersive experience designed to introduce participants to the ancient Japanese healing technique of Reiki. Throughout the workshop, participants will learn about the history and principles of Reiki, as well as various techniques and hand positions for administering Reiki energy. The workshop also includes guided meditations, group discussions, and ample time for practice and feedback. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a solid understanding of Reiki and will be able to use the techniques learned to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing in themselves and others.
