Our program combines the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Karma Yoga, providing a holistic approach to yoga that encompasses all aspects of life. Led by senior experienced teacher Patricia Duarte “Padma”, you will immerse yourself in daily practice, study, and contemplation, learning the art of teaching yoga from a place of authenticity and heart-centeredness. From anatomy and physiology to yoga philosophy and meditation, this program offers a comprehensive curriculum that will enable you to share the gift of yoga with others while also enriching your own personal practice.
